Support An Animal Charity

We live in a world where not everyone is kind to animals. That is a sad fact these days. The good news is that there are many charities around that help with the care of animals. Many take in unwanted pets, take care of them, and then put them up for adoption. Other animal charities will look after an animal for the rest of its life due to it having a long term illness.

Any help you an offer to these charities is always a bonus to them. Of course, the number one thing they want is money. You can do a one off donation, or set up a monthly payment. I support three animal charities. One for guide dog training, another for hearing dog training, and a small charity that looks after unwanted and disabled guinea pigs; TEAS Northampton. I also adopt guinea pigs from the RSPCA in the UK.

You do not have to donate money, some charities are happy to have some manual help. Such as taking dogs for a walk, cleaning out cages, and many other things to help with an animals needs. Even working in an animal charity store for a couple of hours a week is a great help.

The best way, apart from money, is to adopt an animal from a charity. This takes the financial strain off them, and gives you a beautiful new pet to love.

To find local charities, just search online. Even a small donation will help.
