It’s easy to forget that rabbit care is no easy task. But it’s not something you have to do by yourself, there are many resources to help you get the best out of your rabbit. My favorite source of information on this topic is “The Complete Arrangement for Your Rabbit” by Steven Frexton. He provides step-by-step directions and suggestions to make rabbit care easy. I highly recommend this book.
My next suggestion is that you should only keep a small cage for your pet. The size should be enough for your pet(s) to turn around and lie down comfortably. Rabbits like to stretch out and enjoy good pet health so they should be kept in a comfortable environment. The number of animals in an apartment or house can be overwhelming for rabbits like this so keep it simple. Another thing I like about rabbits like this is that they will natural behaviour to be good pet care.
My last piece of advice on rabbit care is to start getting your bunnies used to their new surroundings. You need to set up an area that your bunnies can go and play in while they’re getting accustomed to their new home. A simple supply box with hay and water will be perfect for them. Rabbits also love to dig so you need a place to put the digging holes. Make sure you have a nice assortment of toys to keep your bunnies busy. Soon your bunnies will be enjoying lots of extra activity and happy, healthy chew toys.
